About Jenna

Class Instructor/ Personal Trainer

Jenna Clark brings a unique blend of movement, wellness, performance, and education to her training and instruction. With a professional background in dance and movement, she has performed and instructed within professional dance environments, developing a deep understanding of body awareness, movement mechanics, balance, posture, and disciplined training.

Jenna holds multiple certifications through ISSA, including Personal Training, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Exercise Recovery, and Transformation Specialist certifications. She is also a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).

In addition to her fitness and wellness training, Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, giving her a well-rounded approach that integrates physical training, movement education, mindset, and overall wellness.

Her approach combines strength training, mobility, corrective exercise, recovery, breathwork, and mindful movement to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable, healthy habits. Jenna is passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals can improve confidence, resilience, and connection to both mind and body.

Drawing from her diverse background in fitness, dance, yoga, and psychology, Jenna believes wellness is more than exercise alone. Her goal is to help individuals feel empowered, refreshed, balanced, and capable while supporting long-term health, movement quality, and overall vitality through intentional and sustainable practices.
