He uses mobility techniques as the primary treatment modality in his private practice to treat various conditions, including frozen shoulder, whiplash, work-related injuries, car accidents, neuropathy, and more. Kevin's holistic approach emphasizes the integration of movement, stretching, and strength training techniques to enhance overall health and well-being.

Grace Lambert, Owner

Posture Therapist, Personal Trainer

Grace was certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), in 2011, and received additional certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, and a Strength Training Coach for senior women. She later expanded her offerings to include posture exercise therapy (certified as a PAS II through the Egoscue Institute), became a PTX-Licensed Therapist, and then added Tabata Bootcamp High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to her repertoire.

Holly oversees procedures, operations, and financial management at Northwest Fitness and Wellness Center. She has owned small businesses and has over 15 years of experience in business management.

Holly is passionate about helping organizations run smoothly and effectively - she is detail-oriented, quick and efficient, hardworking, and highly skilled in organizational management.

Heather Sky is a yoga therapist and personal trainer offering group classes, private sessions, educational trainings, and immersive experiences. She has always had a veracious love of learning, and considers herself an eternal student—continually attending trainings, intensives, and workshops to improve her understanding of functional anatomy and biomechanical principles.

Jon Deboy

Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor

Jon is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher with a powerful story of transformation. A U.S. Army veteran and former drill instructor, he spent years leading and training soldiers before stepping away from fitness. By 2022, at age 45, he found himself overweight and low on energy—but committed to changing his life. Through consistent weight training, yoga, and healthy eating, Jon lost over 100 pounds and reignited his passion for movement and wellness.

Today, Jon is dedicated to helping others take control of their health. He is a personal trainer and yoga instructor who brings empathy, discipline, and strong leadership to every session—drawing from both his personal journey and his years of military experience.

Coach PK is a passionate Nutrition Coach dedicated to empowering clients to achieve lasting, nutrition-based lifestyle transformations through education, motivation, and unwavering support. After several years of self-guided study in nutrition, she is now taking her expertise to the next level by earning a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Preston Madden graduated from the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in 2013 as a licensed massage therapist. He specializes in treatment massage with an emphasis on deep tissue, Swedish, and myofascial release techniques. He is equally adept at providing treatment work and full body relaxation massage, and will work with you individually to create a treatment plan that suits your needs!
