Class Descriptions

  • Foundation Training

    Our Level 1 & 2 classes emphasize the importance of a proper foundation in all modalities of exercise. A variety of techniques are taught, which include attention to form and function during body weight exercises, stretching using yoga blocks, straps, and resistance bands, and strength training using those same tools, plus kettlebells and dumbbells.

  • Functional Movement

    These Level 1 & 2 and Level 2 & 3 classes offer posture-oriented exercises to help restore functional muscle recruitment, increase range of motion, realign joints, and improve balance.

  • Strength Training

    These Level 2 & 3 classes utilize a variety of modalities, including straps & resistance bands, body weight exercises, kettlebells and dumbbells.

  • Yoga + Mobility

    These All Levels classes offer a deep dive into yoga and mobility by increasing joint mobility, building strength and stability, and creating more optimal movement patterns. Various props are used in this class, allowing plenty of time and instruction to help members understand how to adjust each posture to fit their unique body and level of experience.

  • Chi Gong + Energy Flow

    This All Levels class helps to improve focus, while energizing the body, mind and spirit. This class teaches the ancient internal art of chi cultivation and includes meditation, mindfulness and soft, flowing movements that are easy to practice.

  • Foot Function and Balance Training

    These Level 1 & 2 and Level 2 & 3 classes utilize a variety of tools and techniques to improve foot function, strength and stability, restore neuromuscular connections, increase reflexes and agility, and improve balance.

  • Active Stretching

    This class uses Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and other techniques to increase mobility, reduce pain, improve your athletic performance, and enhance your everyday life.

  • Free Meditation Class

    This 30-minute meditation practice will include instruction as needed and may include breathwork and discussion about the many benefits of meditation. All are welcome!
